Every week, families, individuals, and businesses in the area between Aguadulce and Panama City can purchase agroecological products at our Shared Market and receive their fresh orders directly from the farms. The producers from Mandela inform us which products they have for sale and at what price they wish to offer them; this information is then uploaded to the Market. Mandela receives a commission on these sales to cover transportation, marketing, and management costs of the virtual platform. Once the week's sales are closed, a list of customer orders is sent to the producers; these orders are delivered to us the next day and are immediately transported to the customers.
