The Products
Peppers, cilantro, plantain, patriotic banana, ginger, passion fruit, chayote, coffee, citrus, soursop, and red beet. They make jams and crafts like hats and simple wallets made from plants from the same farm, such as beet.
The Techniques
Organic garden, crop diversification, soil conservation, and agroforestry plot. They produce many organic fertilizers, including compost and foliar liquids.
The People
Onesimo works the farm, which is an inheritance from his grandfather. He is supported by his wife and son.
