Shared Knowledge is Mandela's agroecology technical assistance pillar. Its purpose is to ensure that each participating farmer receives consistent, ethical, and results-oriented technical support, in accordance with agroecological principles and the objectives of Mandela's shared income model.

When farms participate in Mandela's program, they get free technical assistance to adopt farming practices that improve their well-being and the well-being of our shared planet.
The farms in the Mandela network are divided into three levels, primarily based on their adoption of agroecology. Higher-level farms earn more by selling through our digital farmers' market. Lower-level farms receive more technical assistance so they can achieve a higher level of agroecological use.
